FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Step 1: Consultation
During the consultation phase, we get to know each other and discuss your landscape goals. We want to hear your ideas and share our knowledge so we can reach a shared vision for your home. We'll show you product samples and design options, and use our drone technology to image your property for the irrigation site plan. By listening to each other, we'll create a plan that fits your needs and budget.
  • Step 2: Design
Remember those drone images? They allow us to use precise computer technology to design the most effective and efficient irrigation plan to realize your landscape dreams. We consider sprinkler spacing, irrigation zone locations, manifold boxes, pipe pathways and control box positioning to create a detailed plan that will serve your property for years to come. We'll review key elements with you to make sure we’ve got it just right, and tweak or adjust as needed. This is the time to get it just right, and our attention to detail and focus on your landscape goals is what sets us apart.
  • Step 3: Installation
We like to show up bright and early on install day, and work hard to ensure the job is done right. Once the installation is complete, we will go through a system tutorial with you to ensure you know how to use it properly and understand the functionality, from programming the control panel to controlling your system from the app on your phone. If you forget or need to hear it more than one time, no problem! You can call us anytime and we’ll help you with any questions you might have. Whatever the time, day or night, your concerns are our concerns. Read more here about our warranty program.

If you would like something that goes above and beyond a typical install ask about our Flow Metre and Fertigation options The Flow Metre learns how much the system uses during a watering cycle and monitors for irregularities so it can detect leaks fast. When a leak is detected, the flow meter sends an alert to you and to us as contractors a so we can remedy the issue right away. For customers who spend much of the summer at the cabin, the flow meter offers that additional peace of mind. The ‘fertigator’ directly injects liquid fertilizer into the sprinkler system to give your lawn an extra boost. You’ll see a rapid effect on the thickness and color of your lawn.
